We had a wonderful stay at Peerless Villas Hotel in Trabzon. The location is beautiful, with an amazing view of the Black Sea and a very peaceful atmosphere.Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our family of two couples booked two rooms here in June 2025. The property is built on a vantage point and split over 5 or 6 villas. This hotel decided to just cancel my booking claiming that my credit card was not accepted although booking.com guaranteed the booking itself. In the same period of time, I did multiple bookings using the same credit card with no issues. I spoke to them when I suddenly received a cancellation note.
