This has been my go to hotel for the last few years as I make many short trips over to visit my husband. The staff are so welcoming and kind, it’s a family run business & they’re always happy to help. The rooms are cleaned daily the housekeeping staff are lovely they don’t speak English but I used google translate 🥰 this hotel is in a great location I always recommend. The food is great portion sizes too. The breakfast included is Turkish which is perfect for me cos I don’t eat English breakfasts you do have to buy the drinks but it’s pennies. Thank you guys for numerous great visits the last few years. ♥️

Booked through "On the beach" with breakfast that didnt include a cup of tea or coffee what a joke most people just want Coffee or Tea for breakfast they didnt offer the Turkish tea that is given everyehere for free realised theyre not real Turks hence have the chip on the shoulder and learnt from the brits how fleece every single penny out of you cos everything is extra AC Minio Fridge no kettle even if you wanted to pay for it in the end it would been cheaper just stay in a resort and same thing every day no variety and not even proper Turkish breakfast when i asked why no tea with brakfast of even water said everything expensive here because its "Marmaris" very pushy and rude restaraunt staff hence we charge extra for tea and water no Turkish hospitality!! shame for the amount we paid for each persons brakfast through on the beach, you need to do better before you select Hotels for package holidays ,also loud music all the time and they didnt even give rooms on the same floor with our kids ended up one parent in each room cos safetly reasons ,non of the staff spoke english how ironic beng called Hotel "London" Blue so i would just say pay the extra £300 and choose a differnt hotel instead of just paying for there extras when you got there.

I came to the hotel with my father who is blind. The staff left my father waiting for over an hour for breakfast because they went off to serve a group of girls who walked in and forgot about my father. One waiter was bragging to us one night that he had slept with 35 girls. It is advertised that the hotel has Wifi...we had to go and purchase a wifi box costing £30 for the week as the hotel wifi was terrible. Waiter did not care about my dad being disabled and invited 2 customers into the restaurant and stopped my father on the stairs so they could come in. Air con...we paid £55 for the week, the aircon unit barely worked and was very weak. The cleanliness of the hotel was not great, the cleaner serviced are room, did not clear any rubbish, shoved our clothing under the bed and that was about all she done. The showers in the hotel only produced cold water in the morning, when we told the hotel about this, they said we have to wait until the temperature outside warms up so the only time we could have a warm shower was half way through the day.When we raised these issues with the hotel, we received no apology, nothing was done to try and make the issues right, and all we got was "i will talk to him"I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Good: You get what you pay for. The room was as it is advertised. The staff are very friendly and helpful and that made our stay very pleasant.Bad: The only thing that was not clear when booking via On the beach was the bed and breakfast. The only thing that’s included in the bed and breakfast is Turkeys breakfast not including any drinks. Room does not include air conditioning, fridge, kettle, cups hand was shower gel or any other basics that you would get in a hotel. A few missing handles and a bit run down. All round happy stay.

Felt uncomfortable with no females being employed. First day there we were told oh fresh meat

Put on the 4th floor i had shoulder surgery this year no lifts had to carry suitcase upstairs as the lad couldn't speak English my friend has issues with her legs so stairs were a nightmare wouldn't change our room for a lower level. Male staff were rude had to ask for clean towels as maid just folded dirty towels up. 1 plug in the room pleased I brought a extension and travel kettle as no drinks given with breakfast ( only choice Turkish breakfast) no cereal or full English which you had to pay for. Air con wasn't working reported it to reception took 2 days for something to get done the heat outside was 41c. Worst hotel ive stayed in only upside was clean rooms. Swimming pool was more of a paddling pool so packed our stuff for the day and went elsewhere. If you have mobility problems DONT GO as no lifts.
