    arrived and not allowed into the room till 2pm the bathroom was filthy and never cleaned in the 10 days we were there sheets never changed had to help ourselves to towels as none left food not good...

    I ve been going to this hotel for 18 years sometimes with family and also solo. This year was horrendous once I had sheets changed in 2 week stay and had to adk for it on several occasions no towels...
