    Wellborn Hotel was an interesting experience. That was the first time that I had almost two weeks stay in a business trip. I discover the Turkish standard in Hospitality. Even if the reputation of the Turkish people being "cold" and smile less were as a majority true, I also found great persons to deal with, smileys and friendly. First I have to thanks the Food and Beverage Department that is for me the Lokomotive of the Hotel. Under the management of Chef Mehmet and the F&B Mr. Gurkan, I found with them a great standard of hospitality in terms of flexibility, quality of service and of course Food quality. Cooks and waiters were all amazing with us too. Housekeeping was great as well, reception guys always alert to help. Madam Nihal Marketing was constantly taking care of details while the presence of the Hotel General Manager on the field was constant which is rare now days, it proves the dynamism of the entire team focusing on hospitality services. Bravo to all, keep going!!!!However, this message is addressed to the owner of the Hotel. A Five star Establishment request facilities standards to be respected which was not the case in certain department. 1) Outdoor pool needs staff supervision and Towels to be available.2) Room service Food to be provide in the room cannot stopped at 1 Am, 5 stars Hotel supposed to be H24 room service functioning. 3) Hotel Shuttle Bus needs to be provide for VIP services.     Excellent Hotel and Extremely Professional Staff

    I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was such an amazing experience. The hotel has a great location with an atmospheric sea view, not to mention the luxurious facilities the hotel provides. I would love to say thank you to Mr Mehmet Zafer, the Front Desk Manager, Ms Serra Botfog in the Guest Relations Unit, and Ms Dilek Erdemir in the Reception for their outstanding hospitality and professional attitude.     If staying in hotel be prepared is using spa to have to walk a k and forth from room wet !
