We stayed at the Hyatt with dozens of others for a sports world cup. Mehmet on reception was a fantastic host and even let me borrow his Istanbul card for the train. The guys in the bar and resteraunt were brilliant. Great food highly recommended but be hungry. The executive chef solved all our problems as my wife is a celiac.
