No greetings at all from any staff. Room was booked with a Queen bed, got double bed . Room looking tired, stained carpet, dust on headboard. The bathroom extract fan not working, mentioned to receptionist, made couple of excuses, not fixed during my 7 nights…

We paid for bed space for 6 people, when we got their the scammy Manager said you get 4 beds, said under 16's are babies, said if you don't like it go get a nother hotel. DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
