Stay away from Istanbul
Very average hotel/ location/ rooms/ breakfast. Like every tourist service in instanbul they are trying to rip you off it they can. Offering a "VIP" taxi trip that's 3/4 x the fair it would cost a local. I would advice staying away from Istanbul all together.
