bad experience
we got stuck in the elelcator. the desk man erol is decieving and tried to take extra money. the breakfast is the same everyday. the swimming pools are very small. the gym is broken and not in use.

Relaxing
The hotel is awesome, the stuff is very friendly. The inside pool with sauna and Turkish bath, after a day in Istanbul, is all you need to relax. The hotel is located very well, the Bazar and historical area is near. The metro and the tramvay is very close.

We stayed there for 4 days however the reception staff were horrible! We asked for a taxi to the airport and they took 40 euros from us when it only cost 900 turkish liras for the taxi. They had given the taxi driver less money to keep it for themselves. Pleas…
