Rotten food at room services and poor English communications

Extremely bad communications especially by the receptions. We wanted to order breakfast this morning and they totally get not why we requested. The egg is only one standard. Also the fruit is rotten and the waiter shows her angry face when we send the fruit back with her. Also we requested housekeeping and nobody responded. Pleasantly surprised considering the reviews. Staff very helpful and some spoke English. Room provided was huge -with everything besides the bidet hose not functioning. In all a very good stay. The size of the rooms are good with nice furniture. The top floors enable guests to enjoy the city view. Nearby moderate size shopping mall is excellent with all sorts of brands and restaurants.
