Let down
On arrival the hotel looked beautiful but that's as far as it goes. Food was a huge let down. Lunch was the same thing every day we felt trapped and couldn't wait to leave! Ice cream/donuts were only served between 3-4pm! No snacks available if you get hungry…

Terrible experience – dirty room and stolen belongings
We stayed at this hotel from 27 August to 3 September and it was the worst experience we have ever had.Cleaning was awful. The bathroom was dirty, toilet paper was not replenished, and after 28 August our bed was never properly made again.Theft from the room.…
