Nice hotel but theres a language barrier making us isolated
Nice hotel with a helpful tour guide, but faced communication difficulties due to a language barrier as most staff spoke German or Turkish. The hotel was primarily occupied by German guests, making the presence of English Brits feel isolated.

Diamond premium side is a 3 star not a 5 star
Just.got back from the diamond premium in side spent 2 weeks there large hotel 600 rooms if you are English don't bother we were the only English people there hotel full of Germans Dutch and Turkish staff are rude food is good though plenty of choice entertain…
