The complex is located approximately 1.5 km west of the centre of Alanya, just a few minutes’ walk from Cleopatra's Beach and 200 metres away from the main bus station. Worst experience of my life. They had dirty and old bed linens upon arrival. Got bitten by bugs in the dirty bed linen. They refused to change, even after our travel agency spoke to them several...

Extremely rude and greedy owner (short older bald man with groggy voice). He should have ZERO interaction with guests. He will try to scam you when possible. Air condition costs around 40 euro/week...

Great place to stay for a reasonable price,, it’s a family run place with brilliant service and the food is to die for. They have a fixer called Nico who will get you better prices than the tour...

You get what you pay for. Cleaning under par. The bread you don’t finish gets tossed back with the other bread at the buffet. If you don’t buy extras from Yakup stops greeting you or even says hello...
