The resort was modernised in 2026. Guests have a choice of 208 non-smoking rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A variety of shops are available, including a souvenir shop. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser.

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, halal food and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.
