Disappointing Experience with Parking at Penthouse Ariana

We recently rented a conference room and additional rooms for our staff at Penthouse Ariana, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, we were surprised and disappointed to find out that we were not allowed access to the hotel's parking facilities. The one advantage is location. It’s a one night only can’t stay more , maybe cause it’s not my type,,, ………….. I ranked it 2 to 3 stars………. I stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I negotiated an upgrade with his boss on the phone who allowed it as I have Genius status on Booking. I visited a standard room which was quite nice and spacious (34m2) then went to my 2 room suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and huge kitchen plus an unfurnished terrac… I stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I stayed for one night, the gentleman at the reception upgraded my room from a standard room to a suite, it was a very nice surprise, the suite is very big with a complete kitchen and it’s amenities, a huge tv screen in the living room and a main room with it’s tv screen too, the room was very clean and comfortable.
