The hotel is located near off amenities and clinics, staff is lovely and helpful. Siwar, the lovely receptionist is a star. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and well look after. Hello, 1. The hotel interior design was Ok/average.2. the towels seem to be washed more a 1000 times. Their was no good variety of food at breakfast(the breakfast fits a 3 star hotel not 5 stars, also you have to speak to get milk or a bottle of water you don’t find them on counter/buffet counters.3. Dirty room

Beautiful hotel but spoiled by their staff

The room I had was spacious with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large: no bidet but separate shower and bath, twin washbasins. The fittings and furnishings were a little damaged and there was no real foreign TV channel choice. Breakfast was pretty poor in choice and quality, and the evening meal in the noisy, smoky bar on the top floor was very limited and not very good.
