Starting by the check-in, Mohamed, the responsible of the night shift, was extremely helpful! Offering me as well a room upgrade! The room was fine, the other staff, especially on the front desk, were all helpful! A drastic decline in quality and service

This is my 4th time staying at Novotel Tunis Mohammed V. While the staff are nice and helpful as always, I believe that the quality of rooms and the service has deteriorated drastically. I had problem with the WC closet which was leaking water. After reporting the problem, someone came to check but explained that it would take time to fix it and left and I wasn’t offered to change the room afterwa… This is my 4th time staying at Novotel Tunis Mohammed V. This was my second time staying at this place. It was again for business. As I wrote in my first review, amazing location close to everything (airport, city center…etc), amazing and helpful staff.
