It is a good hotel not far from city centre Medina. It is a classical Ibis. Decent rooms and comfortable bed. The only problem was the water flow at seventh floor. Mohammad, the clerk who checked us in was extremely helpful and provided accurate advice about taxi fares and tour drivers the next morning. Fairly clean and comfy, even by western standards. The rooms only have a single double bed. My son and I stayed here for two nights during the Eid weekend. The staff were very accommodating. They called a cab to the airport for us at 3.30am and it was there in minutes. Breakfast selections were fine, including an omelet and meat tray.
