Bad Experience!!
The worst expereinece in Accor Hotels ever. I arrived at Ibis Sertaozinho aug 20th around 4pm, a day before starting FENASUCRO 2019, the most important year event in this area. At that moment there was just 1 person in the front desk and 1 trainne, who could not help that much. Many problems to attend people coming for the event. But the worst came later on. Its an Ibis, pretty standard, a lot of things, small ones, are wearing out, this don't give a good impression.
