Avoid this hotel, it's a major disaster

I visited this hotel before in 2018, and it was acceptable. That's why I returned to it when I found a reasonable price for night. However, my experience this time was terrible. I spent two hours waiting for the room, and they sent us to a distant location away from the hotel. The room was old with a TV from the 1980s, and the air conditioner was not working. The most awful holiday I have ever had. The Tunisian people could not be more friendly and kind. But we arrived at a time the hotel was full of Algerian visitors. We were All Inclusive but the hotel had a band policy different colours for different status within the hotel ie: bed and breakfast, day passes, half board etc. This led to absolute chaos at meal times.
