Tunisia and the hotel Very disappointing

All inclusive food was awful. We couldn't eat it. The only things we could eat was pancakes in the breakfast booed eggs and pr made omelette. The rest if the food was not good. We drove to the shopping mall to eat .

Horrible Hotel very dirty and infested with cockroaches in the bedrooms and dining area. We had bugs in our bed and in my coffee from the machine. Towels always dirty had to constantly ask for clean ones. Avoid this hotel if I could rate it a 0 i would.

We booked this hotel through love holidays and it was a 4 star rating, we think it was more a 3 star compared to what we have stayed in previously. That however doesn't reflect how great the staff are in the hotel. They couldn't do enough to make our holiday an amazing 11 days. The private beach is beautiful with security on hand to stop the sellers pestering you while topping up your tan. The pics speak for themselves 🇹🇳⛱️🌞❤️

What can I say.....this hotel is extremely dated, the food hall is covered in flies and does not cater for English people. The staff make the hotel they are amazing and make you feel like you are the only guests there. The rooms had no coat hangers, no tea or coffee making facilities. The air con didnt work for the first day, but once it did, it was amazing coming into a cool room. The weather is very hot, but you can cool down on the beautiful beach. You wont meet many English people there. The spa was nice although the lady who gave me a massage, was a little too close for me. I felt slightly uncomfortable. Would maybe go back to Tunisia just not this hotel unfortunately. Maybe if it was updated and the food hall was a lot cleaner with less flies, I may change my mind
