Disappointed and frustrated
How is this a four star hotel? Tried 4 times for laundry, only one water bottle in the room and no sign of towels at the pool. That’s ok …it was being used by a loud party all night anyway. We have used Novotels all over the world but this one shouldn’t be on your visit list. Do not stay at the NOVOTEL in Istsnbul
In April 2026 we made a two night reservation to see Istanbul before our Trafalger tour starting Sept 11. When we arrived after a 20 hour flight from SLC and havibg confirmed we would be arriving after 1800. When we arrived at1800 the reservation had been cancelled and there were no other rooms available. Worst service ever. Staff seems demotivated to serve their customers.
I’m trying to order food from the room service for the last half an hour. They room service number is always engaged. I tried to reach them the reception, but phone gets disconnected after they transfer me. Worse, the reception stopped answering my call after three times trying to reach the room service through them. Is this the service level Accor is proud of????
