This is a great hotel, but it is not a 5 star. The general cleanliness is first class as are the staff. All of the staff work tirelessly to help you enjoy your stay and a shout out to Luca of the animation team who is fantastic. The food is buffet style except the one night in the a la carte restaurant and is of excellent quality and plenty of it. This is our second stay at Kuriat Palace and can’t recommend it highly enough. Customer service from reception, room cleaners, waiters and bar staff was second to none. Buffet choice was varied and quality of preparation and display made it a joy to visit the restaurant. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our 1-year wedding anniversary in June after seeing it all over TikTok, and it really lived up to the hype!I’ll start with the positives. They have music blaring 24/7 making it hard for anyone to communicate. Made it even harder to sleep as the music was playing till at least 10 pm each evening.
