    Service is amazing, food is lovely , chicha bar is perfect , guest relation are very friendly ( Rihab and Ahmed) and I’m very happy and I will come again as soon as possible,

    In the restaurant ( Houssem) is very attentive / on the beach ( fares and riadh) serve you drinks on your sunbed / mouhmed is the security and hamza is the lifeguard they are very friendly / sadak and rim are very lovely / wassim in the chicha bar is amazing / the guest relation ( rihab / Ahmed) are very lovelyWe will be returning again for sure ( already booked)

    Just arrived and the welcome was dismal to say the least .had to go onto the street outside to get money for towel deposit or no towels so children had to wait for the pool after a long journey.came to iberostar hammemet last year and wish we had gone back again this time.can only hope it improves as the week goes on .will let you all know.
