Great holiday
Great holiday, the hotel staff was great and helpful. The animation team was amazing, offering lots of activities during the day. The pool is superb! The room is nice and comfy. Food was also great. Good hotel
Good hotel, good service and friendly staff, was expecting a better standard but comparing to uk won’t help. Great Family Hotel
We stayed in a family room (2 adults + 2 children), so although it was only room the partitioning room made it feel like two. The boys loved the bunkbeds and their own tv on the wall, whilst we enjoyed our part of the room overlooking the resort. The hotel overall was very modern and clean with plenty of entertainment. Terrible place for holiday save it money book somewhere else... Watered now drinks vodka rum gin all from same bottle had to tip harken to get a stronger flavour the mixers where full of syrup wine was like vinegar..Restaurant like prison food... Water aerobics was ok but noisy.. Had a lovely evening here to watch the resort's show put on by the Thomas cook reps . It was very good but the service was very slow and the toilets were very dirty.
