Not Exceptional but okay for a stay
No laundry services even though trip advisor and the website both state there is. We are traveling for my husbands job so it’s a bit of an inconvenience to have no on site laundry. Got a good deal-$67 a night for a double bed room. Lighting in room not great without natural light. Phone in room is disconnected and one lamp has a short circuit in it. Disappointed
We always stay at Comfort Inns, but this one was a big disappointment. The toilet barely worked, the luggage cart could not the steered or fit in the room, and the promised Grab and Go breakfast never appeared. Only decaf tea bags were available and the coffee was weaker than weak tea! I was also charged for an in room safe that I neither asked for or used. We will not stay here again! Don’t stay here if you value your safety
Drug deals taking place in the parking lot. When asked for a refund because I felt unsafe I was told I would have had to ask 24 hours in advance to get a refund. My advice is stay far away from here. Sub par for a Comfort Inn
The area this hotel is located in seems safe enough and is near Interstate 40, and the building and grounds are well kept. The hotel itself and our room was very clean. We were greeted by a friendly front desk person. We did notice right away that the lobby and adjoining common room was kept dark. The breakfast room is small and was very crowded and hard to navigate with so many people there. Very Loud and in poor repair
I have not even left and I feel I must warn others. I had by far the worst hotel experience and little sleep. The hotel may have been renovated but they have just tried to cover up what is fairly worn and even a suspicious hole in the bathroom partially hidden under a picture . Additionally, the room smelled strongly of a fragrance, most likely to cover up bad smells which left me with a migraine.… I have not even left and I feel I must warn others.
