Absolutely horrible experience. Shuttle service, absent. Urine colored stains on bed. Cockroaches everywhere. Take note there are no reviews on Trio Advisor since 2023. Where do I start? Oh yeah — the shuttle van never showed up to pick me up from the airport. I ended up getting a ride from the Aloft hotel driver who was kind enough to take me since the hotel is nearby. Came because I read a review they did no deposit. That’s false not only is it a deposit but it has to be on a card. The reason I booked is I lost my cards. Get to the property and refused service. Wouldn’t even take cash for the deposit. Needless to say me my wife and 8 month old slept in the car that night.
