Disastrous Stay - Avoid at All CostsFrom the moment we arrived, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The room was filthy, with dirty sheets and pillowcases. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was appalling.The food was inedible, and the staff at the reception were rude and unhelpful. If you are from Great Britain please avoid this hotel. It is unclean, the food is inedible and the staff only speak English when they want too. I have been to yasmine 3 times this year at different hotels. This one is by far the worsed. Believe every poor review you read about this place. Great sea I went this hotel after stron wind on sea. Because this wind is in the sea a sea grass. The hotels garden mans put the grass in the sea again. Sea was clean For a 3 star hotel is OK. This is a great hotel for family. Food was good wifi justin the reception good cleanliness, kindness of staff, lots of space in the indoor pool. I did not notice any people complaint on... Good value but just "Good enough"

Visited in May and this was a mistake. Although the weather was fine, there were hardly any visitors staying and so the service and the food suffered. I love Tunisian food, but there was just not enough choice. The water in the outdoor pool was very cold - it definitely gets warmer at the end of the season. The room and the bathroom were OK, but have seen better days and could do with refurbishmen… Visited in May and this was a mistake.
