Hotel was modern and clean. Friendly staff and great service. Clean sheets and the beds were made every day. Beds weren’t confie. I got a back ache after 2 nights. For the price, go elsewhere because this hotel charges way too much for what you're going to get. Dirty carpet, in huge need of renovation (the towel rack came off after a few hours, the bath was not at all inviting, the curtains were patched, the thermosthat was coming loose and so on. On arrival, the young man was not the nicest but the rest of the team we met were. Only positive thing, the beds… For the price, go elsewhere because this hotel charges way too much for what you're going to get. Not A Way To Start a Visit
My daughter's family booked a room at this Comfort Inn to stay two nights, 14,15 May. They arrived at 1730 hrs, only to find no one at the front desk, A sign at the desk stated "Back in 5 Minutes". I needed a hotel nearish to Terrebonne on short notice that would accommodate me travelling with a dog. Terrible Comfort Inn, but the staff were great
I will start by saying the staff here were very good and were doing the best with what they had to work with. They were all helpful, and nice, but we’re stuck with where they had to work. This inn is downright horrible. I will name the issues. 1) Overall very rundown and in dire need of facelift. 2) The sofa pullouts are brutal.
