I am currently staying at the hotel, the hotel is a bit dated, but we were upgraded to a very lovely room with plenty of space. The all inclusive really is not inclusive as i had to pay for food at the beach. For each towel you have to pay 20 diner diposit and 10 diner for extra room keys, as they only provide one. I have to say every member of staff has been so helpful and professional. A very good experience during a very hot week! The hotel needs updating (our patio door was broken and would not shut) and the carpets in the public areas and our room need cleaning. Apart from that, the staff are all very helpful throughout, from the reception area, cleaning, restaurant, pool staff and the animation team - all were fantastic. Overall this is a lovely hotel! Staff are lovely and so helpful, our room was spotless with an enormous emperor size bed which was very comfy. Food was faultless, we enjoyed every meal however the drinks left a lot to be desired. Drinks are served in tiny plastic cups and only their local alcohol selection is included in all inclusive which was un drinkable!
