    Horrible experience, don’t stay there

    I don’t understand why this hotel has 5 stars on Booking.com, the location is far away from everything, the room is not clean( the cups have so much stains), and the reception staff are very untrained, don’t know how to treat the guest and like to avoid the problems instead of solving them. I would never return.

    Worst service and an even worse hotel. The experience was appalling from start to finish, but the most unacceptable part was the housekeeping. The room was filthy on arrival—unclean floors, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and trash that clearly hadn’t been removed from previous guests. Basic hygiene standards were completely ignored, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and honestly disgusting. Requests for cleaning or assistance were either dismissed or poorly handled, showing a total lack of professionalism. This place fails at the most fundamental level of hospitality and should be avoided at all costs.
