The hotel is located directly on the white sand beach of the great Kamala bay, on the western side of Phuket Island. Restaurants, bars and shopping can be found in Kamala village, around 500 m away. Patong Beach and its lively nightlife scene is around 15 minutes' drive from the hotel. Phuket town centre and its facilities and attractions, including the Phuket FantaSea Theme Park, is some 40 minutes' drive away. Phuket International Airport is around 30 km from the property.

English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The dining area includes a bar. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy atmosphere of the 2 restaurants, which are equipped with high chairs. Catering options include half board and full board. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
