Location is 10/10, the best beach around, 7-11 at walking distance. Rooms are big but property is old so you may not find it very clean. Big pools as shown in pics. Check in took little time for us...

The hotel location is off the busy Patong but is still easy to access anywhere by foot.. There are good massage shops, mini mart and cafe just outside the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to go to...

Booked for a family stay... held up until 2.05pm... staff said room was ready an hour earlier. Asked about a cot for our 23 month old (they were free) "please come back later when not busy." any...
