Good Hotel to stay around hustle and bustle of Patong beach. Bangla Road on a walking distance. Rooms are satisfactory. Breakfast was great. Was at this hotel on 23Feb25 for 2 nights. Friendly Service and Great Location

The Patong Heritage Hotel has been a great stay so far. The staff across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which really does make a difference. The room works exactly as it should (not all hotels in Patong are like this) with hot showers, good facilities, and whilst the decor could use a little updating, it hasn’t taken anything away from the experience. With two pools offering places to relax and a great location just a short walk from Patong’s major attractions, the hotel has been great.

My experience at Patong Heritage Hotel was quite underwhelming. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to discover a used condom under the bed, which clearly indicated that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was also a persistent stale odor, making the atmosphere very unpleasant. The room itself was old-fashioned, dusty, and lacked any natural light, which made it feel even more uninviting. The pictures online are very misleading and do not reflect the current state of the hotel at all.On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast was decent with a fair selection. However, these aspects do not make up for the poor cleanliness and outdated facilities. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Really disappointed at the hotel staff amazing and really helpfulrooms in need of update, breakfast was ok and tea an coffee replenished in roomPool ok and sunbeds a little tired, booked this because of gym facilities not what you would call a gym running machine stopped halfway through small room and equipment well past their best

We booked in here for a 15 night stay commencing on March 7, 2025. We are currently on our 3rd day. We were "greeted" by an extremely rude and obnoxious woman at reception to complete the check in process....red flags 5 minutes into our arrival!.As has been the case in every hotel we have stayed in through out Patong previously (6 different properties), we have asked if we could get 2 room keys. We are not "joined at the hip" and return to the room at different times. We were told by the front office representative in no uncertain terms "No, each room is only entitled to one key", no ifs, buts or maybes! If you return to the room separately, you need to request a staff member go upstairs (we are on level 8, room 815) and open the room. This happened 3 times today and is a "pain in the bum". Very inconvenient for all parties involved.Make sure you have $1000 baht with you at check in. An imprint of your credit card details will not suffice. You won't get your room key without it so just be prepared.The room has a spotlight attached to the outdoor balcony which shines through the curtains all night....can't be turned off manually. The air conditioner is very loud and underperforming. You need to keep it on all the time, due to the heatThis makes sleeping difficult, due to this constant loud noise.The bathroom doesn't contain one powerpoint. You need to shave in the living area, which is where the hotel supplied hair dryer is located....really strange.There is a lack of English Speaking TV channels. This may not be an issue to many but as a couple in our 60's, we are beyond the days of "bar hopping" everynight. It's usually out for dinner, a couple of drinks and a bit of shopping then back to the room. There is a distinct lack of variety with the cable channels on offer.On a positive note, the location is good, the breakfast offers plenty of variety, the room and balcony are both a really good size and all other staff, such as in the dining area and housekeeping are professional and very accommodating to guests. As stated, this cannot be said for a number of reception staff. Some really need a refresher course in customer service and what it means.Finally, this is marketed as a 4 star property. I disagree with that rating.
