This family-friendly resort is located in the prime area of Phuket. It is a short stroll from the hotel to Phuket Town and 10 minutes away from the famous Patong Beach. Bars, pubs and clubs are close by and the hotel is not far from the Ban Zaan Fresh Market. It is only a 3-minute journey from the hotel to the Jungceylon shopping complex and Phuket International Airport is 40 minutes’ drive away.

Junior suites, suites, 2 studios and 90 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.
