    I had a great time, staying at the Mercure, the room was clean and spacious, the staff went out of there way to help me with anything I needed, especially Prim, I had a problem with one booking agent...

    I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Phuket when I visited Phuket and Phi Phi. I spent five nights here in a pool access room. The service was excellent from all the teams - front of house...

    It’s a two star with unhygienic rooms. Won’t consider this place at all. I regret spending my money on this. The staff is least bothered about the service.
