Basic hotel, poor customer service
They will charge you 200 Baht if you lose your magnetic room card, never in my life has any hotel charged for that, and i’ve travelled extensively throughout the world, pretty petty ands poor...

Little short of value for money
Rooms are not so big but clean and interior of room is very well decorated giving big look. Breakfast is more of Europe than asian means very limited options for Indians. Staff is very cooperative...
