    The service staff were excellent, especially Khun Tang, Khun Mintang, Khun Bonus, Khun Kk, and Khun Aui, who were all very friendly and attentive.The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would also like to compliment Khun Best from the housekeeping department for the outstanding service. She was polite, efficient, and responded quickly to requests.The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were always smiling and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

    I choose Cassia Phuket for my first full marathon in Phuket in June 2026. The staff who at the reception counter is very friendly and extended their warmly welcome and greetings to me during the check in process. On top of that, they allow me to have early check in to my room and this impress me a lot. Besides, the hotel also provides breakfast for runners like me on the race day itself.
