At first I was annoyed at how my cancellation, due to Iran crisis, was refused, I even left a poor review based on my experience, however it appears my issue was in fact down to Trip.com and their agents and not the hotel themselves. In fact the staff at Travelodge Pattaya went above and beyond to rectify my issue and I could not be more grateful. An excellent hotel!

I appreciate the dedication of the staff to assist me with my first visit to Pattaya. They were very helpful in explaining how the check in process worked. Additionally they were helpful with daily needs such as cash exchange and clothes washing that otherwise would have been very challenging given my limited knowledge of Pattaya.
