I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but I genuinely wish I had known about these issues before booking The Sanctuary Resort.From the moment I walked into the hotel, I had concerns. Even the toilet in the lobby was not clean. The hotel itself is quite large and has clearly been nicely designed, but it feels poorly maintained and not particularly well managed. The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression! I enjoyed everything: the modern and welcoming atmosphere, the attentive staff, and the comfortable conditions for a relaxing stay.I would especially like to mention the rooftop swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection of dishes, and the aquarium with sharks swimming… The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression!
