Lovely staff and pool area me and my son loved it excellent soft play as well. Fat at the Fat Coco is expensive with a 7% tax and 10% service charge on top hotels guests shouldn't have to pay that, Fat Coco does attract a lot of non hotel guests. Would not recommend to anyone looking to stay at a 4 or 5 star resort.
Rooms were sub standard and the wooden floors were scratched. Very poor room amenities and dirty rooms. Everything else was nice except the lifts which seemed a little scary with kids as it closed very abruptly.Was quite happy with my experience but a day prior to checkout was told that two towels in one of our room was missing . Even after so much arguments they were stubborn with their attitude but i understood what they were upto.
