The sheer size of the suite it has a private bathroom a private bedroom, two TVs a huge kitchen with a washer and dryer a nice balcony a great value for the money highly recommend .It has two air-conditioning units and sometimes it gets pretty cold at night and it is difficult to work the controls If you’d like to cook, it’s a great value, cause they have a full kitchen and markets are close They have a small bar downstairs and a breakfast buffet. That is adequate excellent location. Also a nice clean rooftop pool. More of an adult only type place, which is good for me because the other three places I’ve stayed were just full of Rugrats and it was miserable

Great value hotel, especially for longer stays. Suites were very clean and well appointed with most things needed. The pool was sparkling clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed here 8 days, and I would absolutely stay here again. I have stayed at hotels that cost five times as much, with much less service and hospitality.There are two things that could be improved things to be improved. First at building two, there are tall bushes by the main door that are a security risk. Second the closet shelves need some light.

Best suites in Pattaya. Design rooms, comfort more than 5 stars. WOOOW. Food first class....Also friendly staff. Very good architect.. Pool great, well maintained super clean on the rooftop, stay room 401 solo traveler, location perfect and very quietly. Could stay here forever

Big room with a wide hall. The kitchen with full equipment..... balcony with a beautiful view. Especially the backside rooms. It has calmness and quite ..There is an automatic washing machine with a drying place. And a clothes iron...WiFi available

A complete NO - NO.. Rude Staff, pathetic breakfast

This is a very old property with old and smelly rooms. The both towels and toiletries are of very poor state and quality. The access of this hotel is also useless, its in mid of nowhere and nothing is walkable from here.The only good thing: The rooms are very spacious. I had a 2 bedroom suite booked and the rooms were really spacious, otherwise the wardrobes, cabinets, furniture everything is tad.
