Very positive experience here. I spent a lot of time at the 5th floor pool. Lovely environment and the waitress, Nongnong, made sure I wanted for nothing! The resort markets itself as an ideal family destination with its water park and pools, and while those amenities certainly delivered for the kids, the overall experience fell short of what I'd expect from a Mercure property.
