I booked through Klook for just one night. I could have stayed longer since it wasn't peak season. I had the pool to myself. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is accessible. We booked into the hotel and we checked out after about three hours. Not entirely the fault of the hotel but I will break it down below.I try to be understanding of cultural differences in my reviews, I really do, but we couldn't stay in this hotel. Not good hotel rooms are very old and dirty. Rude behaviour by front staff when we asked to change the room and we were ready pay for upgrade as well. Best hotel in everyway....whether we talk about location, view or hospitality.. everything justifies with pricing of the hotel... i stayed for about 5 days and never had a bit of problem as the staff is helpful. regular cleaning of the rooms etc..
