Hi i’m writing this review I have stayed at the LKEmpress six times in the last few years and I’ve always enjoyed my stay and had a good experience… A lot has changed in one year there is a few staff members that I’ve been there for as long as I’ve been going there and are really great and … there are some new members of staff which are very polite happy nothing is too much trouble especially pool… Hi i’m writing this review I have stayed at the LKEmpress six times in the last few years and I’ve always enjoyed my stay and had a good experience… A lot has changed in one year there is a few staff members that I’ve been there for as long as I’ve been going…

Pattaya is unlike anywhere I have visited before, very hectic and bustling to put it mildly. So to return every day to this beautiful tranquil hotel was a real pleasure. The LK Empress is an older style hotel with lots of charm. The location is fantastic on Soi 12 and just across the road from the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the facilities were first class. The room itself was beautiful but if I was booking again I would ask for a room with a sea view. Stunning hotel for the price. Had sea view from our balcony. Jacuzzi bath which was great, bed which was so comfortable you didn't want to get out of it. Staff brilliant and very helpful.
