First off, I am giving this hotel 5 stars still even though I do have 1 issue.The 5 stars is given to the modernness and the friendly staff.I have been to Thailand on quite a few occasions and this hotel is the best I have stopped in. Fairly Impersonal for a Four Star Hotel, but It's a Nice Facility

Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort is fine. It has standard four star amenities – a nice pool, bowling alley, billiards room, etc. The breakfast was above average, with a huge selection of hot food, cereals, fruit, and fresh juices.For the price though, the hospitality could be better.
