Great Place for stay & Comfortable room with affordable prices in Pattaya

We stay their for Business only for 1 night. We love the room due to the size of the room very comfortable & clean compare with the rate what we pay. Breakfast also offer delicious Thai food.The location of the hotel it just 100 meters away from beach. we can see a seaview from our Terrace. We're strongly recommended for People who love to stay in quite beach

all that glitters is not gold

The Hotel looks new and it really is. The rooms are big and it is close to the beach. the roof top pool area is nice. BUT all that glitters is not gold!The rooms had been renovates just before our arriving. Everywhere you could see splashes of colours on the floor. The drinking glasses had been totaly dirty. Hairs on the Floor. Still feces on the toilet. The outside of the closet was dirty. But the really worst was the bath room. They missed to install a ventilation! ... so there is a wet room without any ventilation. You can imagine how it smells all the time? > disgusting! the solution of the staff is to keep the door of the bath open with a trashcan. So the smell is now in the whole room. Now the bath was new renovated but for sure in a few moth it will be full of mold because of that missing ventilation. And please don´t take a room tith a bathtub. if you take a shower lot of the water is running on the florr so that the whole bath is wet. every time you enter the bath after shower you have to walk through water.The Roof top pool is nice and has a great view but lot of the pads of sunbeds ar torn ripped. Also there are no towels or drink offers at the pool area.Finally i would say Rooms and Hotel look nice at firt view but they are bad maintanced and have for sure a big problem with cleaning, and the bath rooms are horrible. + big rooms+ new Hotel+ close to the beach+ nice roof top pool with great view- dirty rooms- disgusting smell of bath rooms because of missing Ventilation- some bathrooms are totally wet after taking a shower- torn pads of sun beds- 50% of the rooms have in 2 meters distance behind the window a big wall- sometimes very noisy and dreadful karaoke in the Hotel Bar

A nice hotel with big roms. Big bathrooms and chower. We had a rom with balcony in front to street. We upgrated to this because cheaper room is with balcony to next building 1 m away, backside. Completly no vue. Brekfast was ok, you will survive, but not spesial tasty. Internett conection is crap. (im a internett man) If this hotel is fullbooked, noone will get on internett. The line is way to small for everyone. Pool area is on 6th floor. Nice vue to ocean, but it fits ony 50% of all costimurs if hotel is full booked. Pool is 5m long, 3 m wide and 1,70m deep, thats it. Location is good. Soi 12 is a litelbit away from the biggest crowded places. But 10B and you take bathtaxi to the more cowded places (soi 1-7)Its have a bar just acros the street, so cheap beer is no problem. (50%of compare to hotel) 100m from beach, perfect. They clean everyday so no problem. Compair to price (200euro a week) is a good chois.

Short break from the city

Me and my family decided to go to jontiem beach for a short break away from Bangkok last weekend staying at inn Redidence service apartments.Our experience wasn't very good as they have many upgrades going on and the noice was horrendous even they posted times where there would be noise but wasn't adhered too as they were told to do work quicker, they put us in a room directly next door to the work so it was even louder, not suited for any disabled people as they provide a bath wit an in shower but gave a shower glass that restricts disabled people and the bath sits in a base with a 8" inch edge round the bath.Having a broken leg it was hard for me to shower or take a bath and in result could only take a sink wash.I certainly wouldn't recommend going there in the next 6 months or look to see if there is any building work ongoing, and also if traveling with a disabled person make sure you can get a room with a shower only if they have.

This place was quite new and very well arranged. The room we stayed was very large with two large single bed, large sofa and large LED TV screen. Each room having own balcony where people who stays near the street can have or enjoy the morning or afternoon street and sea view (Too bad that my room situated on the other side so all I could see was another close-look building)The bathroom having large window where you can see the bedroom (lucky enough that they had screen provided) Fair amenities provided.We stayed only one night so haven't got time to check the Pool and Restaurant.All rooms including lobby area are provided with free wifi internet.It takes only 2 minutes walk to reach the beach.
