Room: Welcome amenity - fresh fruits.Clean , hot water isn’t really good in the handheld shower. Cupboard door covering the fridge needs a simple screw tighten to allow it to close properly.Balcony view is nice. Don’t stay in that hotel. They are not like other ibis where the staff care about paying guests.Reception staff are really rude (not only to our group but others too). There’s many other hotels in Pattaya that are budget friendly. This place should get rid of the reception team, especially the rudest manager. Stay elsewhere.Don’t stay in that hotel. The location was very very good close to the beach and close to shopping atmosphere was very very friendly. They was there to help and advise the housekeeping on the fifth floor was excellent especially the lady who was cleaning my room daily. Her name is Cha. @ arrival i installed myself in the room, where the light @ desk was broken beyond repair, the desk itself looked like sh*t, damaged and fixed with discoloring liquid wood...
