  After staying in Central Pattaya for a week , we tried to book a month's stay in the quieter area of North Pattaya. There were only the hotels of J's hotel group were available and finally understood why. We picked the believed newer hotel, J Inspired Hotel, which was another wing indeed, was opposite to the J hotel (main wing) sharing all facilties and amenities while the J Residence was located at the other opposite road. Location was actually good , i.e. at a quieter area but within walking distance to the shopping mall & eateries of Terminal 21, Central Marina & China Town where you could get on a shared truck (songthews) to the Central Pattaya.Decent spacious pool view room with comfy bed, thick towels and a big balcony are the pluses. Bottled water and 2 coffee sachets were replenished daily. No teabags. Only one single-ply toilet roll was provided. Constant noises throught days and nights was the biggest issue. Thin walls between room, guests loud talking, shouting and staff's' trolleys at the corridor from 08:30 a. m. Then, kids playing and screaming at the pool's water slides after breakfast. Guests slammed doors from early to late after mid-night to 04:00 a. m. (could hear with earplugs on). Hotel also held fun fair's stalls, mini disco and outdoor cinema for kids at the pool area on Saturday from 15:30 to evening. This hotel was targets family with kids like a club resort on weekends. Some fellow guests shouted from their high floor's balcony to their friends at swimming pool. There was also a week of drilling work to be carried out in a hotel room straight ahead of the sun lounges. Staff were not unfriendly but not friendly either. Reception staff never made eye contacts or greeted even when they were not busy. Same as other hotel staff except the older security guard / life guard (probably the best staff who dared to implement the hotel's rules to remind guests) . Most staff could not speak English . Everything seemed to be an issue. Extra clothes hangers was a no first. We asked to borrow a knife to be kept in our room and were told there was a charge of 150 bahts by the restaurant's supervisor. There was also a full list of charges for any damage of a specfic item in your room which would be deducted from your deposit. It felt like it was an institution. Room was cleaned daily. For the first few days, it were very clean and then very little was done for the rest of days. Also, no net curtains in room and staying in with natural light was imoossible unless you prepared to be overlooked by guests of the opposite hotel block. This family hotel is not for us. But do stay here if you tick the following boxes:- get up early and go to bed late- stay only for a few days but not for a long stay like us- come as a family with children having fun is top priority- are insensitive to noises- do not need any reception's assistance or communication

  Decent hotel in North Pattaya

  5 min from downtown 1 Kms from North Pattaya Terminal10 min from Pattaya beach.Check in 2pm, check out 12pmFood is not upto the mark, mainly Thai items available.Rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities like Studio.Construction seems to be new.Overall it was good stay

  Lacking service and I was disappointed

  I chose to stay in this hotel as they seemed to have a reasonable gym and I didn’t want to stay in Central Pattaya. Was advised at reception the gym was 24/7 and had towels and water, neither existed. The aircon wasn’t on either, no staff and all the dumbbells were 5kg (plenty of 5kg). Two machines were out of order. No wipes to wipe machines at all. The positive aspect is the rooms are huge, but not decorated in accordance. A short stroll to Terminal 21, 7/11 downstairs. Once I was at the pool and had to ask three times for a towel, terrible service. There was a Chinese group and the walls are not soundproof at all, I heard constant chatter and kids screaming. They do provide a microwave but no cutlery, free water, free coffee but no tea. Overall a disappointing stay at this hotel which was rated 4 stars?

  Firstly this is a review of the hotel as a quarantine hotel, so is not the "regular" hotel experience, however, based on the service and quality of accommodation, this is not a hotel I would choose to stay at. Pick up from the airport and check-in were fine, unfortunately it only went downhill from there. First was the wrong room type, I was given a family room without any comfortable seating - important when you are stuck in your room 24hrs a day - with no option to change. Food was left outside the door three times a day, usually with no indication that it had arrived, almost always cold, and always of very poor quality. There did not appear to be any English language TV channels - again, important when you are not able to leave your room. - although Netflix was available. The once a day delivery of anything you wanted from a 7/11 was at best erratic, although the mosquitoes that made there their presence felt in the evening were plentiful and highly predictable. On check-out, the hotel staff didn't have a clue on how to update the day 5 test results on the (mandatory) MorChana app, and to cap it all, the hotel taxi ripped me off 300 baht for a 1km trip to next hotel.

  Overpriced Test and Go Hotel

  We booked this Hotel package as part of the test and go day 1 and 5. It was very well organised as we were collected at Bangkok airport and had our PCRs with a registered nurse. We then had to isolate in a hotel room until we got the results. The room was plain but spacious with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was left outside your room - this was awful - and then you were free to go!A one way taxi(usually about 1500 baht); 2 PCR tests; 2 nights in a hotel room and 2 breakfasts cost 16,700 baht / £385 - very, very expensive but at least we can now see our family in Pattaya.
