Originally booked for 4 nights. Extended for another 2 days. Good comfortable stay. Nice breakfast. I stayed with points redemption. Platinum status was acknowledged by the staff at check in. Check in process was very smooth, with a fully paid points redemption they didn't even need a deposit.The room was clean and simple. The bed was comfortable and there were pillows of different firmness to accommodate different preferences for sleeping. Hotel basically without manager. I had few issues and didn’t got to talk with manager. Asked at reception , lady told me she was the manager. Not true . She just needed to back up one colleague, at bkf that made an issue. This is the first time in 25 years something like that happened. Nobody said to me was manager and wasn’t..not IHG policy.
