One of the finest budget property to stay in Pattaya which is away from the chaotic Walking Street Area. Vicinity is quite and Peaceful with good small bars around and few massage parlors. Rooms were spacious with all basic amenities except Tea Bags. Washrooms were neat and housekeeping was done daily. Breakfast was not included I'm my package so bought for 120Baht daily. Dirty place. My slide door to the balcony was broken, couldn’t lock it, Found a dead cockroach in the elevator and one alive in the halls. We stayed here with my friends for 4 days. Hotel is far away from city centre and therefore the hotel sometimes arranges the shuttle service to city. The rooms are large and clean. We had balcony in our room.
